How we use your information

Information we store

When you make a booking, we store your vehicle registration, email address, four-digit booking reference, parking date, booking price, payment status, Stripe payment reference, and whether the vehicle has been marked as arrived.

Our server also records basic technical activity logs, such as the time, request path, and outcome, to operate and protect the booking service. These logs do not contain your email address, vehicle registration, or payment details. We do not store card, bank, or wallet details on this website.

Why we use it

We use this information to take and confirm parking bookings, send booking emails, manage available spaces, check arrivals, deal with payment problems, and protect the service against misuse.

Payments and Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and are handled under Stripe's own privacy policy. Please read Stripe's Privacy Policy for details of how Stripe processes personal and payment information.

How long we keep it

Your booking record is automatically deleted from our booking database 60 days after the date of your parking booking. Stripe may retain payment information for longer where needed under its own policies or legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We only share information with Stripe and the payment methods it uses where this is necessary to process your payment. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
